Dr. Julia Cox

Julia Revillion Cox, Ph.D., earned her B.S. from Seattle University in 2009, and her doctoral degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019. She completed her predoctoral psychology internship at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. Broadly, Dr. Cox is interested in the dissemination, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based practice. Her research focuses on using measurement of therapy processes as a means to improve mental health services for youth via clinical education, training, and supervision. She is also interested in the developing tools to help clinicians integrate evidence—client outcomes and otherwise—into practice.
